Gemeinsam zaubern wir einzigartige Weihnachtskugeln für deine Dekoration zu Hause. Egal ob für den Baum, die Wohnung, den Weihnachtstisch und die Weihnachtspackerl. Jeder/r Teilnehmer/in kann 16 Stück Kugeln kreieren. Eine tolle Auswahl an Blumen, Blättern und Bändern erwartet dich. Werde kreativ und tauch ein in die DIY-Welt von We Are Flowergirls.

Die Teilnahme ist ab 8 Jahren möglich & eine Mitnahme von Babies ist natürlich auch möglich. Mitnahme von Hunden/Haustieren ist leider nicht möglich. Danke für dein Verständnis.
KRANKHEIT
bei Krankheit kann dein Ticket für einen anderen, stattfindenden Termin verschoben werden. Dies muss einen Tag vor Workshop-Start bekanntgegeben werden und ein neuer Termin gewählt werden. Der Workshop kann einmalig verschoben werden.

We offer express delivery to Austria & Germany, which takes 1-2 business days. - Shipping with GLS & Post (sometimes DPD)
"We Are Flowergirls" generally ships with GLS in the EU. Shipments outside the EU are sent with Austrian Post. In exceptional cases we also ship with DPD. After your order has been shipped, you will always receive a tracking code. This will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is on its way - If your parcel is delivered to a parcel store because you are not at home, it must be collected by the parcel store within the collection period. Therefore, please only order from us if you are not on vacation for the following 2 weeks. If the parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we will have to retain the postage for the return shipment from you.

14-day return policy
"We Are Flowergirls" has a 14-day money-back guarantee on your webshop order (excluded products, see below). Please return your product in the original packaging with tracking within 14 days from receipt of the goods (validity is determined by the postmark/shipping confirmation of the return).
After the expired period of 14 days, we can no longer take back products! - Return shipping costs
The return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. We recommend a return shipment with tracking - as we can only refund received goods. - Defective products / shipping damage
All products undergo a double quality control before we ship them. If the product arrives with shipping damage, we will of course replace it. In this case, please send us an email with photos of the damage via hello@weareflowergirls.com - ADRESS:

1080 WIEN - Returns from “non-customs union” countries such as Switzerland, UK, etc. must be declared to Swiss Post as “returns”. Returns are duty-free. Your parcel must be correctly declared to your shipping service provider for duty-free shipping. If this is not declared correctly and we have to pay customs duty on the contents when accepting the parcel, this will be advanced by us and deducted from your return.

Swimsuits & Bikinis must be unworn, unwashed & incl. all labels, otherwise we cannot refund. - Workshops
If you miss your workshop, we cannot refund the cost. If you do not have time on the workshop date, please let us know at least three days in advance so we can reschedule. - Custom-made products (made-to-order products) Custom-made products are not refundable.
